Thoughtfully designed, factory-built living spaces that bring together ultramodern architecture, efficient layouts, flexible configurations, and a closer connection to the Costa Rica lifestyle.
Various sizes. Flexible configurations. One modern approach to living well.Designed for changing lifestyles, properties, and possibilities.
Woodstock microHomes are created for people who want a home that feels intentional, modern, and easy to enjoy. From compact studios to more spacious one- and two-bedroom layouts, each model is designed to make thoughtful use of every square foot.
For Costa Rica buyers, that flexibility can support many different plans: a personal retreat, a second home, guest accommodations, a remote-work base, a hospitality project, or a multi-unit property concept.
The goal is not simply to build smaller. It is to create beautiful, adaptable spaces that support more freedom, more possibility, and a closer relationship with the world outside your door.
Clean architectural lines, light-filled interiors, high-end finishes, and modular flexibility come together to create compact spaces that feel surprisingly open and comfortable.
Large windows and thoughtful layouts help the interior feel wider, brighter, and more connected to the landscape.
Different models and layouts can support individual homes, guest spaces, shared living, and larger property concepts.
Built-ins, storage, open living areas, and carefully planned zones help every square foot contribute to daily comfort.
Compact design and efficient production can reduce unnecessary material use while supporting a more intentional lifestyle.
Rob Goldman spent more than four decades as a professional photographer, creating images for major publications including Cosmopolitan, Time, Brides, and Mademoiselle. Behind the camera, he carried a lifelong interest in architecture, homebuilding, and social impact.
That design instinct was never theoretical. Over the years, Rob designed multiple homes and photography studios. His path toward Woodstock microHomes began when he and his wife researched a compact home for an Airbnb project on their property.
When the original site was unexpectedly deemed unsuitable, Rob listed the home for sale. It sold quickly—but during the month before the buyer could move it, homeowners and local planning and housing professionals continued visiting the unit. Their response to its combination of design, strength, flexibility, and accessibility helped reveal a much larger opportunity.
That unexpected turn became the beginning of Woodstock microHomes. Rob’s work has since expanded beyond the Hudson Valley to Costa Rica, where he and his family spend part of the year and where he has built local knowledge, relationships, and a vision for wider distribution.
Choose a compact studio, a welcoming mid-size retreat, or a more spacious one- or two-bedroom configuration.
A compact studio that proves comfort is about thoughtful design—not simply square footage. Ideal for retreats, guest accommodations, remote work, or individual lodging units.
A warm, light-filled retreat with expansive windows, an elegant compact kitchen, intentional storage, and the residential comfort of a much larger home.
A spacious one- or two-bedroom microhome with flexible floor plans, modern amenities, and defined living and sleeping areas.
Starting prices are for general reference and may change. Final pricing depends on the model, configuration, finishes, delivery, site requirements, installation, utilities, taxes, and other project-specific costs.
Multiple microhomes can be arranged to create private quarters, shared spaces, guest accommodations, and flexible property concepts.
People should be able to explore a microhome project with clear information, realistic expectations, and respect for their goals.
Honest information and realistic expectations should guide every conversation and decision.
A compact home should still feel beautiful, comfortable, thoughtful, and carefully planned.
Available options, responsibilities, project needs, and next steps should be discussed clearly.
Good design should improve how a space looks, feels, functions, and adapts to real life.
Every property and project is different. These answers provide a helpful starting point before a detailed consultation.
